All the players trained at the Football Academy acquire formal education, have a commmand of at least 1 foreign language, behave rationally toward opponents, play fair whether in friendly matches or official tournaments, respect the referee's decisions, respect the audience, and be friendly with everyone. 7 years of training will remarkably perfect their football skills and they will strive to be capped for the youth team as well as the national team.
